Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, which contain very important information about booking a travel product and/or service with CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP.


When you have booked a travel product and/or service with CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. to a destination, you have expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions, without modification, intend to be legally bound by them, and agree that it becomes part of your contract with CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP.. To the extent that any travel products and/or services are booked through this website, the CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. Sales Center or its Travel Agent, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions. 


CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. is a company legally incorporated in the United States, in the state of Florida since 2015, and it holds FLORIDA SELLERS OF TRAVEL Registration # ST 43074. In the event of any situation within the terms and conditions, we are governed by the laws of the State of FLORIDA without reference to principles of conflicts of law. Each party is irrevocably bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida sitting in Miami Dade County, and the courts of the United States for the Southern District of Florida. Each party irrevocably waives, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any objection that may be brought at the time

or in the future to the venue of any claim, action or proceeding brought in any of the courts, any claim, action or proceeding brought in this court if a claim exists in an inconvenient forum and the right to object, With respect to any claim, action, or proceeding brought in any of its courts, it ruled that the court had no jurisdiction over this party. In any suit, action, or proceeding, each party waives, to the extent that it is able to do so effectively, personal service of any summons, which is the other proceeding, and service thereof may be made by a certified or certified

message, addressed to the party at its direction in accordance with the provisions of the preceding preamble.

Pricing, Reservations and Payments: The prices indicated on this website are in U.S. dollars(UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) and are based on costs at the time of publication. The package price, as stated in your itinerary, may include the flights, as well as any applicable fare taxes, except for departure tax from some destinations. Other tour services and accommodation are included in the price of your individual package if stated in your itinerary.

These package inclusions/rates are based on inclusions/prices at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes, and environmental fees. Discounts and special offers apply only to new bookings and cannot be applied to an existing booking.


The passenger may remit payment using various accepted methods, including direct deposit, cash payment, Zelle, wire transfer, or debit or credit card. Upon receipt of the passenger’s payment information and the passenger’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the itinerary and/or travel documents, the passenger hereby provides express consent for all charges related to the trip as quoted. By furnishing CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. or its

authorized agent with credit or debit card information and confirming awareness of the total price, the passenger authorizes CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. to charge the designated card for the payment of airline tickets, tour operator services, related travel services, and any applicable fees associated with the requested itinerary.


CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. Will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein and, to the best of our knowledge, all information is accurate at the time of publication. CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. Will try to ensure that the prices on this website are accurate, however, errors do occur and we reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or the right to cancel and refund any booking, purchased at any price published in error. Updates are posted on our website when new information becomes available, however, CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions contained herein or for any third-party posting or publication. The information contained herein should be verified directly with other available sources.


Price and space are not guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a payment. Please refer to the pay table for a schedule of deposit dates and final payments. If the deposit is not received within the required date we cannot guarantee price or space. If the final payment is not received as scheduled - no later than 30 days before departure, the booking will be cancelled, and the money will not be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable and any questions can be asked online or via phone through the 7863602738 Contact Center number during business

hours.


Passports and visas: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. The passport is required to be valid for at least 6-9 months after the travel cycle, with the most complete white pages as an application for some countries. For visas, passengers MUST CHECK with the respective consulate to determine if any current visas or entry requirements are necessary. CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP is NOT responsible if you are unable to

travel due to visas or problems with your documentation.


Travel protection: For groups, the price includes basic travel insurance. For all bookings, it is important that passengers include a Travel Protection Plan that helps provide coverage for cancellation, interruption, delay or delay of travel equipment, medical expenses, illness and more. Ask your travel agent for a quote and a summary of the plan's details on coverage, benefits, limitations, and exclusions. Please always protect your investment and

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.


Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing and based on catalogues/brochures, and conditions of tour operators and airlines. Cancellation terms will apply based on the date the written cancellation is received and the date prior to the departure of the trip. Tour operators reserve the right not to refund the cost of the trip in the event of cancellation. For groups, if airfare is issued at the time of cancellation, the cost of airfare is non-refundable, airfare is issued only once without being subject to a 100%

penalty. There could be an additional cancellation fee according to the tour booked. Please refer to the Cancellation penalty schedule.


Documents: Travel documentation (vouchers) will be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to departure, once full payment is received. Documents can be sent by email or by post. Passenger is responsible for verifying every document and advise us of any error timely.


Minors: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. It is possible to pay attention to children under 12 years of age who share a room. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children, including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where applicable. If a person under the age of 18 will travel with an adult who is not the legal guardian, a notarized letter written by the legal guardian

or the guardian who is not traveling with the minor, with authorization to travel, including travel dates and details.


Prices: Prices are per person based on double occupancy. A supplement will apply for passengers traveling on SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS Prices are correct at the time of publication; However, since airfares fluctuate continuously and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices may change accordingly.


Payment and Cancellation

For groups and ALL RESERVATIONS: A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00 USD per person (except where specified) must be paid at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS

Any cancellation must be received in writing. The following fees will apply when canceling any reservation: The deposit of $300.00 USD per person is NON REFUNDABLE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMING YOUR TRIP.

NOTE: At the time of booking please send a copy of your ticket and check that no mistakes are made. The agent should be consulted in order to rectify if necessary. Tickets must be corrected for any errors on the same day of issue, please verify, any subsequent corrections or changes are subject to penalties and fare changes.


If You Cancel Your Trip 91 Days Before You Travel:

• The deposit of $300.00 USD per person is NON-REFUNDABLE Penalties might apply on the land portion of the trip, reduction in the number of passengers of the group will result in price adjustments.

NOTE: Before any cancellation 91 days prior to travel, you must check with the agent to verify for penalties. The airline tickets are NON REFUNDABLE AND CHANGES SUBJECT TO PENALTIES - NO NAME CHANGES ALLOWED.


If The Cancellation Occurs Between 91 And 45 Days Before The Trip:

• The deposit of $300.00 USD per person is NON-REFUNDABLE

The airline is subject to fare and airline regulations. The land portion applies a cancellation penalty of

approximately 50% of the total amount of the trip (check with your agent)


If The Cancellation Occurs Within 45 Days Prior To Travel:

The air tickets that have been issued, therefore, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE The air portion is subject to fare and airline regulations

The on-the-spot penalty will be 100% REFUNDABLE IF YOU RECOMMEND AT ALL

TIMES TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.


Paid for groups: Final payment must be made at least 45 days prior to your trip's departure, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled (except where otherwise specified)


All bookings: Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your trip's departure (except where otherwise specified)


Late payment: If there is any outstanding balance prior to the final payment attached, all travel services will be subject to automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit per person.


Last minute bookings: All bookings made at the last minute are subject to availability. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties apply.


Payment Method: All payments paid are made in U.S. dollars. We accept payments in the form of personal check, wire transfer, Zelle, credit or debit cards. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional charge of $25.00 USD per wire transfer. There is a $50.00 USD fee for unpaid checks, including those paid electronically. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% service charge.


Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used. Penalties and service charges apply.


Travelers Requiring Special Assistance: Individuals with any medical condition must inform CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. at the time to make the reservation and in writing so that they can take the necessary steps to comply with their medical condition. The passenger is responsible for asking his agent whether, according to his special conditions, the itinerary in which he is interested is suitable. According to the Citizens with Special Needs Act (ADA), for passengers traveling with a wheel chair, it is important to check the permitted measures and always travel with a person who can be of assistance. There are international destinations that do not meet the conditions of the ADA. We remind you that our buses do not have access ramps to the streets or steps and if special assistance is needed we can tailor made a tour that meet your needs. The NO NOTICE of the special need and in case of assistance necessary for the continuation of the circuit, will be invoiced directly to the passenger and the corresponding travel agency.


We have groups and individual departures for passengers with special needs, please consult with your travel agency or our representative.


Airport Booking: CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. offers a selection of airlines and airfares for your convenience but is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the selected airline. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. In the event of a refund, CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. is not obligated to refund the air ticket until reimbursed by the airline if applicable and is not responsible for any penalties incurred by international or domestic invoices. Changes or cancellation may incur in penalties and service expenses.


Airline Equipment: For groups, checked bags are usually included and limited to 1 item per person with a total size of 62 inches adding width + width + height (example: 26" + 26" + 10" = 62") and a maximum weight of 50 pounds (23 kg) and 1 carry-on item. For all necessary bookings, many airlines apply charges for checked equipment, including flights that start and end within the U.S. For your airline's specific requirements and for a complete list of

CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. suggests using a brightly colored luggage tag to help you locate your luggage upon arrival or to describe it in case of loss and always put name and contact phone number on all bags. The travel insurance we offer could have compensation in the event of delays or loss of your equipment inquiry. For ground packages, remember that we use luxury coaches with limited luggage capacity. One bag per passenger is allowed. Please consult with our representative. Flights within Europe or other destinations may have additional limits and additional costs for your equipment, see information directly 


Hotel accommodation: All rooms are standard with private bathrooms, unless you specifically request and pay for a better living category. The selection of accommodation in all cases, unless otherwise booked, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel. Special requests are subject to availability. Triple rooms consist of a double bed and a roll away bed, in some cases the room t may have a sofa bed or a small bed for a third person, except in the USA. And

Canada, where triple rooms are included in two double/queen beds for three people. The number of people staying does not determine the size of the room. In many European and Canadian hotels, the air conditioning is turned off at night from the end to the end of the summer months or do not have them all together. Check-in time is normally 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before noon. We reserve the right to re-book hotels of the same standard due to lack

of availability.


Meals: As specified in each itinerary, meals are based on the buffet or menu of the hotel or restaurant. In general, drinks are not included, unless specifically stated. For special dietary requests and preferences, you must provide a written letter at the time of booking, and we may be able to accommodate special dietary requests, however, we cannot offer any guarantees.


Transfers: Transfers are provided as indicated for each individual route in the group. However, if the passenger deviates from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, in most cases the passenger will have the option to add +transfer services to their booking at an additional cost. Arrival transfer is guaranteed up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time to compensate for minor delays. CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP.. Or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour after the originally

scheduled arrival time. In the event of a delay, whether due to a flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting damage or loss of baggage, it will be the passenger's responsibility to make other transfer arrangements to cover such additional expenses. Transfer costs are non-refundable. It is the passenger’s responsibility to advise the company of any delays to your arrival.


Itinerary: The routes are done in a motorized vehicle . The size of the vehicle is determined by the number of participants, which may vary during the tour. We cannot guarantee the capacity of passengers who will be on a given tour, except in groups created by CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. Some buses are equipped with sanitary facilities; however, they are strictly designed for emergency use and often require the vehicle to be stopped for safety reasons before use. As for the meeting times listed on the itineraries, it is the passenger's responsibility to

arrive at all scheduled events and package components. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show," in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for unused services. Closed which includes, but is not limited to, public holidays, religious holidays, national celebrations, certain periods and/or due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, some monuments and sites that may be closed and/or may have last minute changes, affecting

the continuation of the tour, places visited and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or return to enable any hotel for others of similar category. In such cases, there is no cost adjustment.


Health Requirements: Check with your healthcare provider for updated requirements. You can also check with the Centers for Disease Control ( and/or the World Health Organization for their recommendations. Required vaccinations, if any, must be obtained by the client and have a valid vaccination certificate that they must carry as proof of inoculation when required by the authorities. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses, such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger or person responsible for the travel of the person.

Please be aware that Some Countries May Request An Insecticide Treatment In The Aircraft Cabin For Flights To Foreign Destinations.


Travel Safety Tips: We have a strong network of travel managers, local offices, ground operators, and colleagues who help us stay informed in all the destinations we operate and monitor local situations that allow us to make the operational decisions necessary to keep our passports safe and passport security as our top priority. However, before you travel, we strongly recommend that you visit the U.S. Department of State's website or check with local

authorities or that of your country of residence. In https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html for up-to-date travel tips on the countries you're visiting. The website provides helpful information on topics such as safety and security, health and medication precautions, health insurance, and additional tips for traveling abroad. If you don't live in the United States, we recommend that you check the website for travel advisories from your government to any country you visit. CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP is not responsible for the costs related to have your visas and

documents necessary for your trip, we are also not responsible for cancellations due to acts of greater force, we promise to help you as much as possible within the possibilities but we have no responsibilities for cancellations due to weather, acts of war or terrorism, etc.

Weapons: Not allowed on any tour, including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, maces, brass fists, and other weapons of any kind.


Emergency Contact: We recommend that you provide an emergency contact before traveling. The reason we have collected this information is so that we can contact family or friends in the rare event of an emergency.

Ticket Agreement: At the time of booking, passengers formally agree to the Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Agreement of CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP, as stated herein.


Disclaimer: CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. is not owned by any entity that provides the services for your trip. This includes ownership or control of hotels, airports, ships, buses, buses or other transport companies, local ground operators, suppliers or organizers of optional excursions, food or entertainment service providers, etc. All of these individuals and entities are independent contractors. The customer is also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during the time the customer is participating in the trip. To participate in the enjoyment of this trip, the

client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainties involved. Customer hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury, or death and accepts the liability exception and releases CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. from third-party negligence claims.

The client understands the physical requirements of the activity in which they will participate, and currently does not have any physical, medical or mental conditions that may affect their ability to participate in this tour or their safety in this activity, and is willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, in this condition.

The client hereby authorizes CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospital treatment if necessary for the client without the client's further consent.


Binding Arbitration: You agree that any dispute relating to this Agreement, the file, or any other documentation relating to my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration and in any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, application, Applicable, to know or form this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any claim that all parts of this Agreement

are void or voidable. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client (and we) waive our rights to a jury.


Voluntary Participation: The customer acknowledges that they have voluntarily requested to participate in the trip designated in this application (or a trip to which the customer may change) and have read the description of the trip as it appears on the current CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP website, catalogs, brochures quotes or invoices or any other supplement related to the trip, along with all information contained in this application. The customer

voluntarily participates in this trip with knowledge of the facts involved.


Knowledge and Voluntary Performance: The customer has carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document and fully understands their contents and certifies that the customer is 18 years of age or older. The client is aware that it is an exception of liability and a contract between them and CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP and is agreed upon by their own wish or decision. By booking the services with us, the customer agrees to these Travel Terms and Conditions and CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP.'s Liability Waiver,

Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause for the customer, each member of the customer's travel party, and any minors accompanying the customer.


Photo Release: CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP may take photographs or videos of your trips and trip participants grant permission for CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. to reproduce. In addition, entrants grant permission to use or publish such photograph or videos for promotional or commercial purposes without payment of any compensation. The passenger has the right to request that his/her photographs not be used prior to his/her trip and in writing.


Website Usage 

The agreement between the client and CJX GLOBAL VACATIONS CORP. Acceptance by the customer without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein is conditional. Customer's use of constitutes customer's acceptance of all of these terms, conditions, and notices.
